Our Extreme duty heat shields.
Our Heat Shields are a unique combination of sound absorbing and deadening material, combined with heat insulating and reflecting materials. The mix works remarkably well at reducing both sound and heat levels in the cab
Installation is a snap, simply mount the shield atop the muffler, and secure with the stainless steel straps supplied in the kit.
You’ll notice a difference right away, loaded or not, the cab will be quieter and cooler. On hot summer days the AC will work better, and the floorboards will be much cooler. Sound levels will be greatly reduced, and you will be able to carry on a conversation or listen to your favorite station on the radio.

We start with a FlowMaster aluminum heat sheild, and from their add several layers of heat and sound absorbing matterial that is covered with an aluminized heat barrier that both protects the iner layers and works to reduce heat and sound levels.
We offer one size, a 22" x 12" sheild that fits most applications and comes with four stainless steel clamps.
